A new Web site is born in the Crowe family: Hold the cilantro, please is about a cook (my wife, Kristen) who doesn’t like certain ingredients, such as cilantro, and comes up with tasty recipes nonetheless. She promises to update it with her recipes, cooking tips and I might even convince her to add a cooking video or two.
